Welcome to Film on Friday! We show films, unsurprisingly, on a Friday. Our 2025/2026 season will take place in Five Ashes Village Hall. The leaflet for this season’s films has now been published and is available from The Post Office, Five Ashes Village Hall, the MAYFACS office or, if all of those are closed, you can usually get one from our poster on the school railings. What? We show an exciting and diverse programme of films which have not been widely shown, if at all, in commercial cinemas, sometimes with a remastered classic that deserves to be seen on a big screen. See 2025/2026 Season page for full details of this season’s programme.

When? Usually the second and fourth Friday of the month from September to March each season. See 2025/2026 Season page. Doors open 7.45pm. Film starts 8.15pm.
