Covid-19

Here are the additional procedures we are applying. If and when these change, we will keep members informed.

Symptoms – You should not come to a film showing if you, or anyone in your household, have or has had in the last seven days any of the possible symptoms of Covid-19. These include: a high temperature, a new persistent cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. You should not come if you are waiting for the results of a test or have been tested positive for Covid -19.

Facemasks -You do not have to wear a facemask in the Memorial Hall; but we encourage you to do so unless you are exempt.

Entering the Hall – Please enter through the main double doors. Hand sanitiser is available in the entrance hall. Once we have checked your name, please go into the Hall and avoid crowding in the entrance hall and around the bar.

Once you are in the Hall– The seats will be spaced one chair’s width apart. The Hall is ventilated with outside fresh air being continually drawn in.

At the end of the film – Please exit through the double doors, again avoiding crowding in the entrance hall.

Loos – The loos will be open, but may be used by only two people at a time.

Cleaning – The Hall Committee have made arrangements to clean the loos and for a periodic deep clean of the Hall.

Bar – The bar will be open. We will take cash. lease try to bring the right change – £1 and 50p coins – if you can.
